iOS 15.4 RC and iPadOS 15.4 RC released

Apple released iOS 15.4 release candidates and iPadOS 15.4 release candidates for developers and public beta testers. Construction of the RC was expected last week, so public construction could be released today, March 8, the day of the Peeping Performance Event. But last week Apple released its fifth beta. Finally, the release candidate is available. It’s all about iOS 15.4 RC and iPadOS 15.4 RC.

If Apple does not decide to issue a second RC, the release candidate build is released just before the public build. Formerly it was called GM or Golden Master Blood. It has the same blood number as Public Blood which will be released next week. As we mentioned in the article in our story, the expected date of public construction seems to be correct.

Along with iOS 15.4 RC and iPadOS 15.4 RC, Apple also released macOS Monterey 12.3 RC, watchOS 8.5 RC, and tvOS 15.4 RC. Both iOS 15.4 Release Candidate and iPadOS 15.4 Release Candidate come with Blood No. 19E241. Since this is an RC build, the size of the update will be larger. Also, it has all the features that have been released in all five beta updates. And the same features and changes will be released to the public.

iOS 15.4 Release Candidate

As mentioned earlier, iOS 15.4 RC and iPadOS 15.4 RC are available for registered developers and public beta testers. This means that if you’re on a beta build or beta profile installed on your device, you’ll get an OTA update. You will not receive an update next week because it is the same as Public Blood. You can manually check for updates in Settings> General> Software Update.

If you’re on iOS 15.3.1 Public Build, I recommend waiting a week and it will come as an OTA update. But you can also install beta profiles to build beta and RC.

Before updating your iPhone or iPad, be sure to charge it to 50% and back it up. Since this is a beta update it may contain some bugs.
