Samsung’s latest budget phones are available in South Africa and select European countries, and should be available in other countries in the coming days. Talking about the Galaxy A04, the new entry-level phone sports a 6.5-inch PLS LCD panel at the top with a teardrop notch and 720 X 1600 pixels resolution support. Under the hood, the new phone is equipped with Unisoc SC9863A chipset and runs on Android 12 based One UI Core 4.1.
The new Galaxy A04 goes official in three variants – 4GB / 6GB / 8GB RAM and 32GB / 64GB / 128GB internal storage. In terms of optics, the more affordable A04 sports a dual-lens 50MP camera setup on the back, while the Galaxy A04s packs a triple-lens camera array. Moving to the front, the phone has a 5MP snapper for selfies. Samsung launched the Galaxy A04 with a 5,000mAh battery.
