The final version of Android 13 beta is here and it indicates that the stable release of Android 13 is just around the corner.
Android 13 beta 4 doesn’t come with any new features but it’s important because it’s a release candidate build for Google Pixel devices as well as the Android emulator.

JobScheduler prefetch: JobScheduler tries to predict when an app will be launched next time. Before your app is launched, it will run any associated prefetch jobs. Developers using JobScheduler prefetch should check if it is working properly for their application.
